世界を旅するオーナーが始めた水着屋さんです
カラダの自然な美しさを引き出してくれて
幸せな解放感を与えてくれる水着が大好き。
これだけ世界中には素敵な水着が存在するのに
言葉の壁だったりサイズがわからなかったり
そもそもデザイナーさんが日本での販売なんて頭になかったり
そんなこんなで日本で魅力的な水着が
広まらないのはもったいない。
単純に水着と海と夏が好きな人に素敵な水着を紹介したい。

世界を旅するオーナー Kerrie
10代の頃から旅と海と水着にとりつかれ
卒業まで待てないと在学中にインドで
Afar Bazaarを始める
新潟県の小さな田舎出身
好きなモノ&趣味：
旅、水着、海、パーティー、ベルギービール、ダンス、サイケなもの全般、ハウスミュージック、サイトランス、語学、ピアス収集と作成、アラジンパンツ
好きな場所：
数年前のロン島（カンボジア）、オムビーチとパラダイスビーチ（インド）、プシュカル（インド）、サン・ペドロ・ラ・ラグーナ（グアテマラ）、コーンウォール（イギリス）、高円寺（日本）
好きな水着：
エスニック柄、幾何学模様、バンドゥタイプ、ヒモで結ぶタイプのやつ（ちょっと太っても調整が利くから）
将来の夢：
ビーチ美化と世界の子どもの権利向上と動物愛護のチャリティーを始めること
自分の水着をデザインすること
大好きな水着とビールのコラボ作品を作ること
オランダでタタミカフェを始めること
【About us】
I just want to introduce amazing swimwear and beaches
from all over the world
to the country I was born and grew up in.
With such a pure wish, the owner, Kerrie,
who wears swimwear literally everyday while travelling,
started this swimwear shop.
I love swimwear because it brings out the natural beauty in your body
and gives you the feeling of freedom with happiness.
It is a shame that a lot of Japanese people can’t buy such gorgeous swimwear
because of a lot of barriers like language barrier, difference in sizes or
simply they can’t find them because nobody has even thought of importing them to Japan.
I just want to introduce more swimwear to those who love swimwear and beaches.
The concept of the shop is
“Swimwear from all over the world”
“Summer forever”
“Originality”
To those who wants to be in summer forever
The owner who travels around world collected
swimwear literally from all over the world regardless of price or brand.
Some could be found only in local shops in a small town.
Others are directly imported from designers who haven’t had any business in Japan yet.
This shop is full of originally with unique swimwear.
I hope you can enjoy shopping here

【About Kerrie the owner】
Born and raised in a small countryside village in North Japan.
Currently based in Tokyo when not travelling.
Been fascinated by travelling and swimwear since teenage
and started Afar Bazaar in India while still being a university student at the age of 22.
Favourite things and hobbies:
Travelling, Swimwear, Sea, Beaches, Parties, Belgian beer, Dance, Anything psychedelic, House music, Psytrance, Leaning languages (speak Japanese, English and Spanish), Collecting and making earrings, Aladdin pants…
Favourite places:
Koh Rong a few years ago (Cambodia), Om beach and Paradise beach in Gokarna (India), Pushkar (India), San Pedro La Laguna (Guatemala), Cornwall (UK), Koenji, Tokyo (Japan)
Favourite swimwear:
Exotic patterns, Geometric patterns, Bandeau bikinis, Adjustable ones (because I often gain/lose weight :P)
Dreams:
Starting charities for environmental beautification of beaches, improvements of children’s rights and animal rights.
Designing my own swimwear.
Making collaboration works of swimwear and beer both of which I simply love.
Starting a tatami mat cafe in Holland.
